EXCHANGES & RETURNS
EXCHANGES
We give our customers 30 days from the date of purchasing their item(s) to return back to us for an exchange. Customers will not be charged for the item to be shipped back to them but the cost of initially mailing it back to BFF will be incurred by the customer. For speedy service, your invoice number and customer contact information must be included with the item that you would like to exchange. Please also list the item(s) that you would like to exchange for. If the exchange is caused by manufacture defect, receiving the wrong item, or the item that you did select does not fit, we will be happy to process an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
RETURNS
We give our customers 30 days from the date of purchasing their item(s) to return back to us for a refund. The item(s) you purchased will be refunded at the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable. Items can be returned if they are in their original unworn condition. The item must not contain any damage, must have all original tags attached, must not contain any scents (perfumes, lotion or smoke). If the item is returned to us damaged, we will not issue a refund. If a refund is issued, please allow 10-14 days for the refund to post to your account. Depending on your financial institution's processing speed, it may take up to one billing cycle for your refund to be posted.

Jewelry, Accessories, Bodysuits, and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged unless defective upon receipt. Customers must contact us within 5 business days of receiving their order. Our pieces are costume jewelry therefore normal wear and tear can be expected.
